There are dozens of organizations and thousands of individuals in Calgary who work toward building an equitable society, fostering a diversity of voices, creating vibrant communities, meaningful employment and more. Let’s get together! What can we learn when our different practices and viewpoints come together in a welcoming space?
Whether “social justice” is an official part of your job description, or you have an unspoken desire to make the world a better place, or if you just want to see what this social justice business is all about… please join us!
We Should Know Each Other is a series of community-building events that began in Calgary in February 2008. It invites people to stretch the limits of their social circles and enhance their thinking with a diversity of new ideas and perspectives. It provides a safe and welcoming space for viewpoints to collide in unexpected ways, and for creative sparks to fly.
